ClubStubs does not collect any personal information or store any data relating to individual sessions. Wallet transaction details (from transactions that involve Stubs) are stored for accounting purposes, but wallet addresses are anonymous. These transaction data points are available for anyone to see at any time, as is the nature of blockchain transactions. ClubStubs does not have access to any more blockchain data than does the general public. ClubStubs uses a cookie-free provider (
Fathom Analytics) to measure overall traffic to the site, and to understand where that traffic comes from in aggregate. Specific users are not identifiable at any point on this platform, which is reiterated by an added step of anonymizing IP addresses for all visitors. Zero personal data is logged. The website and app are compliant with GDPR and related policies.
AFFILIATIONS
ClubStubs is not affiliated with Solana, Phantom, Coinbase, Binance, Fathom, or any other brand in any official capacity. Any statements about these brands come from information available on the brands' websites. Corresponding logos are taken directly from their trademarks. ClubStubs does not receive any money or kickback if you use our links to visit or purchase from external websites.
STUBSStubs on ClubStubs (the NFTs available for purchase in the app) do not earn you access into any real event. Stubs are not tickets. Stubs are digital artwork stored on the Solana blockchain. The only way to store Stubs is in a blockchain wallet that accepts Solana NFTs.
Stubs are the sole e-commerce product of ClubStubs, and serve as artistic collectibles representing a city's given team for a particular sports league. Akin to countless other brands' products, Stubs allude to real teams with recognizable elements of fandom and iconic artifacts from team histories and locations.
Stubs are priced as most products are: by assessing expected demand. Stub prices do NOT represent any type of statistical odds from any source — rather, they directly relate to team popularity and expected rate of sales. Due to the limited-time nature of Stub sales, ClubStubs is incentivized to price Stubs in a way that promotes the sales of all teams as a much as possible. Therefore, not all teams will necessarily be priced equally within each game, across games, or throughout a season.
There is no official refund policy, but reach out to us on the Support page and we're happy to make things right. With the nature of blockchain, there should be no instance in which you confirm a wallet transaction to purchase a Stub, then the transaction successfully takes your SOL yet fails to deliver the Stub. However, if you believe this has happened to you, please be sure to contact ClubStubs support, as this particular issue is one we would resolve.
CLAIMS (SOL AIRDROPS)
Claims are offered in SOL only, and serve as reward points on ClubStubs. Claims are never guaranteed, and are not the core purpose of ClubStubs. Like all e-commerce rewards programs, these reward points are meant to promote brand loyalty and entice additional Stub purchases going forward. Also just like all e-commerce rewards programs, customers who buy more Stubs over time are likely to also acquire more reward points over time. Claim functionality and instructions as depicted on ClubStubs.com represent the intended process, but are not a guarantee. Such depictions are also not holistic, as ClubStubs may offer rewards points beyond the listed scenario(s).
Claim amounts shown on the app do not represent the value of any Stub. The value of any Stub, like any other product, is that of its marketplace sale price. Stubs may be sold indefinitely.
BLOCKCHAIN IMPLICATIONS
ClubStubs attempts to limit the actions of bad actors by restricting the number of Stubs that may be purchased simultaneously. The relatively low price points of NFTs on ClubStubs, combined with a relatively low quantitative cap, makes it a poor candidate for scammers, who tend to seek out larger payoffs. Regardless, ClubStubs diligently monitors suspicious wallet activity to maintain a trustworthy and fair environment to promote a stable marketplace for Stub collectors.
ClubStubs does not include a service for cryptocurrency exchange of any sort. ClubStubs is an NFT marketplace that only sells propriety Stubs (NFTs) and facilitates the reselling of Stubs between collectors (users). The only token accepted is SOL, and ClubStubs only exists on the Solana blockchain. Therefore, anyone can view relevant transaction data with a free public tool such as
solscan.io.
CONNECTING A WALLET
Instructions depicted on ClubStubs.com for connecting a wallet include tips for getting SOL into a browser wallet. These how-to tips (and all other statements on ClubStubs) are not financial advice and exist only to explain the "how" for willing participants who have already decided they would like to buy a Stub. Coinbase and Binance are two very popular cryptocurrency exchanges, but they are not the only ones.
