The basics

What is ClubStubs?

ClubStubs is a sports collectibles game on Solana. You pick a real-life matchup, mint a Stub for the team you're backing, and trade Stubs with other fans before and during the game. When the result is in, every Stub of the winning team claims an equal share of that game's prize pool.

What is a Stub?

A Stub is a token on the Solana blockchain, and each Stub is tied to one team for one game. When you buy one, it lives in your own Solana wallet and ClubStubs can see which Stubs you own. The wallet you use to connect to ClubStubs is sort of like your "account," as we don't make you create a profile or anything.

Note: Stubs are only for use on the ClubStubs platform.

How does the prize pool work for any particular game?

  • Minting: when you mint, 97% of the price goes into that game's pool and 3% goes to ClubStubs.
  • Trading: while the game is still being played, every marketplace sale adds another 2% of the sale price to the pool.
  • Game End: when the winning team is confirmed, the pool is locked and divided equally among every Stub that was minted for the winning team (in that game only).
  • Claiming: whoever holds a winning Stub at that point can claim its share.

Is this gambling or an investment?

ClubStubs offers team collectibles with rewards. Stubs are digital tokens that you can keep forever, and claims are a reward for holding a winning Stub. Stub prices don't represent odds from any source, and claim amounts shown in the app don't represent what a Stub is worth. Nothing on ClubStubs is financial advice. Only spend what you're comfortable losing: a Stub of the losing team claims nothing.

Does ClubStubs cost anything to use?

Browsing is free, and so is signing in. You pay only when you do something on-chain:

  • the Stub price when you mint
  • the listing price when you buy
  • small Solana network costs on each transaction

Costs and fees breaks every number down.

Wallets and signing in

Do I need a crypto wallet?

Yes. Stubs live in your own Solana wallet, and all payments are in SOL. You don't need an email address or a ClubStubs account; your wallet is your account. We like Phantom and Solflare.

Which wallets work?

Any Solana wallet that supports the Wallet Standard, which covers the popular browser wallets such as Phantom, Solflare and Backpack. If the app can't find a wallet, it shows: "No Solana wallet found. Install Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, then reload."

How do I get SOL in my wallet?

The wallet you choose likely has an option to buy SOL directly in the wallet's toolset. However, it can be more cost effective to buy SOL on a large exchange such as Coinbase, and then transfer it to the wallet you'd like to use on ClubStubs. There are plenty of quick guides out there for buying and transferring crypto!

Can I use ClubStubs on my phone?

Yes, from inside your wallet app's built-in browser. If you open the app in Safari or Chrome on a phone, the wallet menu offers Open in Phantom and Open in Solflare. Those reopen ClubStubs inside that wallet, where it can connect. Ordinary mobile browsers can't talk to an installed wallet app yet. So, be sure to download the mobile app for whichever wallet you choose.

What happens when I "sign in"?

After you connect, your wallet asks you to sign a message that starts with "app.clubstubs.com wants you to sign in with your Solana account" and includes the line "Sign in to ClubStubs". This proves you control the wallet. It isn't a transaction: nothing goes on-chain, nothing is paid, and no funds or permissions move.

Is signing in safe?

Yes, as long as the message matches the format above and the site is app.clubstubs.com. A sign-in message can't spend your SOL or move your Stubs. ClubStubs will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

How long do I stay signed in?

Your session renews automatically while you use the app. If it lapses, a Sign in button appears; click it and sign the message again. Disconnect signs you out.

I switched accounts in my wallet and got signed out. Why?

Your session belongs to one wallet address. When your wallet switches accounts, ClubStubs signs you out so that you never act with the wrong wallet. Reconnect and sign in with the new account.

Can I use a multisig or smart-contract wallet (like a Squads vault)?

Not for minting, listing, buying or cancelling. These actions must be sent from your wallet directly, not through another program. If you try, you'll see "This transaction was sent through another program. Use the ClubStubs app or your wallet directly." Winnings are different: anyone can send the claim for a winning Stub held in a vault, and the share is paid to the vault.

Does ClubStubs collect my personal information?

We don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details to play. Your wallet address is your account, and like everything on Solana, your transactions are public.

Games and stages

What is a game on ClubStubs?

With some exceptions, a game reflects one real-life event: two teams, a league, a location, and a start time. Each team in the game has its own Stubs, a fixed mint price, and a maximum supply. Sometimes, a "game" will represent a head-to-head matchup (such as two competitive F1 drivers) or an entire series (such as a best-of-7 playoff series for which you're picking the series winner, not the winner of a specific game). Such details are stated plainly on each game's page.

What do the stage labels mean?

  • Minting: you can mint new Stubs for either team at the set price. If minting hasn't opened yet, the game page says when it will. Minting ends when the game begins in real life.
  • Trading: minting is over, and Stubs change hands only on the marketplace. This begins once the game starts in real life. Expect prices to move with the score.
  • Final: the game is over. Once the result is confirmed, the winning team gets a WINNER tag and its Stubs can claim. The marketplace stays open. If a Stub has already cashed in its claim, the marketplace listing will say so.
  • Closed: the claim window has ended and the game is settled. Nothing can be minted, bought or claimed. You can still cancel an old listing to get your Stub and deposit back (see When the game ends).

Who moves a game from one stage to the next?

The ClubStubs team advances each game's stages, on-chain. Stages only ever move forward, and every change is a public transaction. We advance the stages manually in case of weather delays, cancelations, end-of-game play reviews, and other unpredictable variables.

What do the numbers on a game listing mean?

  • Mint price: the game's mint price for either team.
  • Trading at: the cheapest Stub currently listed on the marketplace (only applicable after the minting stage).
  • Per winning Stub: what each winning Stub would claim if the game were settled right now. Before the result, the card shows the lower of the two possible outcomes, with a "+" because the real amount can be higher. After the game ends, it shows the actual amount.

Why does the "Per winning Stub" amount keep changing?

It is the pool divided by the number of winning-team Stubs, and both sides move until the result is in:

  • The pool grows with every mint (97% of the price) and every marketplace sale before the game ends (2%).
  • The number of Stubs grows as more are minted. Each new Stub for a team spreads that team's share more thinly, until a Stub sale for the other team offsets it.

For example, say both teams mint at 0.1 SOL, and Team A sells 500 Stubs while Team B sells 300. The pool holds 800 × 0.097 = 77.6 SOL.

  • If B wins, each B Stub claims 77.6 ÷ 300 ≈ 0.259 SOL.
  • If A wins, each A Stub claims 77.6 ÷ 500 ≈ 0.155 SOL.
  • The card would show "0.155+".

The less-purchased team gets more SOL per Stub if it wins, because the more-purchased team added more SOL to the prize pool but doesn't get the claim.

What times are shown?

Every time is shown in your own time zone. The game page shows the start time and, once the result is in, the claim deadline.

Where do I find a game's banner or updates?

Sometimes the game page shows a short notice at the top, for things like delayed starts or abnormal game scenarios (e.g., buying for a series win rather than a single game win). We also post game updates on our social media accounts.

Minting

How do I mint a Stub?

  1. Open a game in the Minting stage.
  2. Connect and sign in.
  3. Pick a team and choose 1 or 2 Stubs.
  4. Click Mint, then approve the transaction in your wallet.

When it confirms, the Stubs are in your wallet and in My Stubs.

How are mint prices set? Do they change?

Each team's mint price is set when the game is created and written on-chain. After that it can't be changed by anyone, ClubStubs included.

How many Stubs can I mint?

  • Per transaction: 1 or 2 Stubs. This gives everyone a chance to buy.
  • Per game: your wallet has a limit, currently 100 Stubs per game. The mint panel shows how many more you can mint. Obviously you could use multiple wallets to get around this.
  • Per team: each team has a fixed maximum supply. When it runs out, the team shows Sold Out, and its Stubs can only be bought from other people on the marketplace.
  • Buying: these Stub limits apply to minting only. There is no limit on buying from the marketplace.

Can I mint Stubs for both teams?

Yes. You can mint either team or both, within the per-game limit.

What is a "mint permit"? Why does it say "Requesting a mint permit…"?

Before your wallet asks you to approve, the app gets a short-lived permission slip from ClubStubs for exactly that game, team, quantity, and wallet. The program accepts the mint only with a valid permit. That is how the per-wallet limit and the mint schedule are enforced.

A permit lasts about 30 seconds. If you leave the approval screen open too long, you'll see "Your mint window expired, try again." Just click Mint again.

Where does my mint payment go?

  • 97% goes into that game's prize pool, held by the game's own on-chain account, not a ClubStubs wallet.
  • 3% goes to the game's treasury, which is ClubStubs' fee to keep the platform operational.

Separately, your wallet pays a small network cost to store the new Stub on Solana; see Costs and fees. Every mint is a public transaction you can look up. ClubStubs has no control over network fees, and works hard to minimize the blockchain fees induced by using our Solana program (which interacts with your wallet, controls the SOL transactions, etc.).

When does minting close?

Minting ends when the game moves to the Trading stage, which happens when the game starts (in real life) or when both teams' Stubs sell out.

Do I get to choose my Stub serial number?

No. Serial numbers go up from #1 in mint order for each team. If you mint two Stubs at once, they get consecutive numbers. You can select which one(s) to sell if you choose to do so.

What does my Stub look like, and can its art change?

Each team in each game has its own artwork. The art and metadata are stored on IPFS and linked from the Stub. They are locked once the first Stub of that team is minted, so the Stub you mint is the Stub you keep. Your wallet should show the team artwork. Some wallets take a moment to load IPFS images.

I clicked Mint but nothing happened, or it failed. Did I pay?

  • Failed or cancelled: a Solana transaction either fully succeeds or fully fails. If it failed or you cancelled it in your wallet, you were NOT charged the mint price. A failed transaction may still cost its tiny network fee (usually less than 1 cent).
  • Succeeded: the app shows "Confirmed on-chain. View transaction". If the Stub doesn't appear right away, wait for the "updating…" note to clear; the page catches up within a few seconds.

Claim winnings0.000005 SOL per transaction (up to 6 Stubs)Your winnings, plus a tiny refund that covers that fee

What are "network costs"?

There are two kinds, and neither goes to ClubStubs:

  1. Transaction fees. Solana charges 0.000005 SOL for each signature in a transaction.
    • A ClubStubs mint has three signatures when you mint one Stub (yours, the new Stub's and the permit's), so it costs 0.000015 SOL.
    • Minting two Stubs has four signatures, so 0.00002 SOL.
    • Every other action costs 0.000005 SOL.
  2. Rent (storage deposits). Solana requires every account to hold a small SOL balance for the space it uses. A new Stub needs about 0.0035 SOL of storage, which stays with the Stub. A listing needs a deposit too (see next question).

Why does minting cost a bit more than the mint price?

Because a brand new Stub needs storage on Solana. On a real mainnet mint at 0.1 SOL, the wallet is charged:

  • 0.1 SOL mint price
  • 0.0035472 SOL Stub storage
  • 0.000015 SOL network fee

That is about 0.10356 SOL in total. When 1 SOL = $100, this equates to $0.36 in fees (beyond the mint price of 0.1 SOL)

Can I get the Stub storage (rent) back?

Not through ClubStubs. The storage stays with the Stub for as long as it exists, and it travels with the Stub when you sell it.

How much does it cost to list a Stub for sale?

Listing takes two refundable deposits, about 0.00208 SOL together, plus the 0.000005 SOL fee:

  • about 0.00164 SOL to record the listing on-chain
  • about 0.00044 SOL because listing adds a "frozen for sale" setting to your Stub, which takes a little more storage

When 1 SOL = $100, that 0.00208 refundable deposit equates to about $0.21.

Do I get my listing deposit back?

  • If you cancel: yes, all of it.
  • If it sells: you get the 0.00164 SOL listing deposit back. The 0.00044 SOL storage part isn't returned to you: about 0.00012 SOL goes to the buyer and about 0.00033 SOL stays inside the Stub. Solana resizes a Stub on transfer, which costs a seller about 0.0004 SOL per sale.

What is the marketplace fee?

3% of the sale price, paid by the seller from the proceeds. The seller receives 97%, and the buyer pays exactly the listed price.

  • Before the game is Final: 2% goes into the game's prize pool and 1% to ClubStubs.
  • Once the game is Final: the pool is locked for claims, so the whole 3% goes to ClubStubs.

Are there priority fees?

The ClubStubs app doesn't add any. Some wallets add an optional priority fee to get transactions through faster when the broader Solana blockchain is busy. If your wallet does offer that feature, it shows the amount before you approve, and it is usually a tiny fraction of a cent.

Do Stubs have royalties if they're sold somewhere else?

Each game's collection sets a 3% creator royalty, paid to that game's account. Outside marketplaces decide for themselves whether to honor it. Outside marketplaces are not part of ClubStubs, and royalties paid there don't go into the prize pool.

Example: SOL costs from start to finish

Mint price 0.1 SOL, both Stubs on the team that goes on to win, and a winning share of 0.25 SOL per Stub. Network numbers are rounded.

StepSOL change
Mint 2 Stubs (2 × 0.1 + about 0.0071 storage + 0.00002 fee)−0.20712
List Stub #1 for 0.3 SOL (deposits about 0.00208 + fee)−0.00208
Stub #1 sells: 97% of 0.3, plus the listing deposit back+0.29264
Claim Stub #2 (fee 0.000005, refund 0.000005)+0.25
Netabout +0.3334

The buyer of Stub #1 now holds it and can claim its 0.25 SOL share.

The marketplace

When can I sell a Stub?

Once minting has closed: in the Trading and Final stages. You can't list while a game is still Minting, because anyone can mint at the set price then.

How do I list a Stub?

  1. On the game page, under Sell a Stub, choose a Stub.
  2. Enter a price in SOL.
  3. Click List Stub and approve in your wallet.

Your listing appears under My Active Listings. Note: the sell mechanism only appears once the marketplace stage is active (after minting).

Does ClubStubs take my Stub while it's listed?

No. It stays in your wallet the whole time, but it is frozen so it can't be moved elsewhere while it's for sale. The game's on-chain account gets permission to transfer it, and it uses that permission only to hand it to a buyer who pays your price. Cancel the listing and the Stub is unfrozen, and that permission is removed.

How many Stubs can I have listed?

Up to 5 active listings per game. To list another, cancel one first.

Is there a minimum or maximum price?

The price must be above zero. The maximum is 1,000,000 SOL, a technical ceiling rather than a suggestion.

Can I change my price?

Cancel the listing and list the Stub again at the new price. Each listing pays and refunds its own deposit, so changing the price costs only two miniscule network fees.

How do I buy a Stub?

  1. In the marketplace on the game page, pick a specific listing. They're sorted by cheapest first, and you can filter by team.
  2. Click to buy and approve in your wallet.

The Stub arrives in your wallet when the transaction confirms momentarily.

What protects me as a buyer?

Your purchase is locked to the price you were shown:

  • Price changed: if the seller relists at a different price before your transaction lands, the purchase fails with "The price changed. Refresh and try again", and nothing is charged.
  • Winnings claimed: if the Stub's winnings are claimed while your purchase is pending, the purchase fails with "This Stub's winnings were already claimed."
  • Listing gone: if someone else bought it first, you'll see "This listing is no longer available. Refresh to see current listings."

What does the "Claimed" tag on a listing mean?

The winnings for that Stub have already been paid out to whoever held it at the time. Each Stub can claim only once, so a Claimed Stub has no winnings left and is a collectible only. The tag is shown so you know before you buy.

Why does my listing say "not buyable: cancel and list again"?

The Stub's transfer permission was changed outside ClubStubs, for example by another app or a wallet action. The Stub is still frozen, but buyers can't complete a purchase, so it's hidden from them. Cancel the listing, which unfreezes the Stub and refunds your deposit, then list it again.

Can I buy my own listing?

No. The app will tell you "You cannot buy your own listing."

Can I trade during the game?

Yes, that's the point of the Trading stage. Fans buy and sell while the game is played, so prices tend to follow the scoreboard. Every sale (until the game is over) also adds 2% to the prize pool.

Can I sell or send my Stub outside ClubStubs?

An unlisted Stub is a normal Solana collectible in your wallet, so you can send it to another wallet like any token. ClubStubs doesn't support outside marketplaces, and we can't help with trades made elsewhere. Whoever holds a winning Stub when it's claimed gets the winnings, wherever they got it.

I bought a Stub. Who gets the winnings?

You do, as long as you hold it when it claims and it hasn't been claimed already. The winnings go with the Stub, not with whoever minted it.

When the game ends: what happens to my listings?

Are my listings cancelled when the game ends?

No. Nothing happens to a listing automatically, not when the game goes Final, not when the winner is set, and not when the claim deadline passes. It stays up, and your Stub stays frozen in your wallet, until it sells or you cancel it. The game being Closed is the one exception for buying, covered below.

My listed Stub is on the winning team. Can I still claim?

Yes. Claiming works on a listed Stub, and you don't have to cancel first. Click Claim as usual and the winnings go to you.

The listing stays up afterwards, but the Stub now shows Claimed, so buyers know it has no winnings left. If a buyer's purchase was already on its way when you claimed, it fails safely and they aren't charged. If you no longer want to sell a Stub that is now just a collectible, cancel the listing to get your deposit back.

Someone bought my winning Stub before I claimed. Who gets the winnings?

The buyer. Once it sells, the Stub and its unclaimed winnings belong to them, so price a winning Stub with that in mind. A winning Stub listed for less than its claim amount is a gift to whoever buys it.

My listed Stub is on the losing team. What happens?

It stays listed and can still be bought. Losing Stubs remain collectibles, but they have no winnings. Cancel any time to unfreeze it and get your deposit back.

Does the fee change after the game ends?

The fee stays 3%, but where it goes changes. Before the game is Final, 2% goes into the pool and 1% to ClubStubs. Once the game is Final, the pool is locked for claims, so the whole 3% goes to ClubStubs. Sellers receive 97% either way.

What happens to my listing when the game is Closed?

After a game closes, its listings can't be bought anymore. Your Stub stays frozen in your wallet until you cancel the listing. Cancelling still works after close: it unfreezes the Stub and refunds your full listing deposit, about 0.0021 SOL. Nothing is lost, but the Stub can't move until you cancel. Note: the game closing is not the same as the game ending. Usually a game stays "open" for about a week after the game "ends" so that everyone has time to come back and get their claims and clean up any listings.

Should I cancel my listings after the game?

For any listing you no longer want, yes. Canceling will return your deposit and unfreeze the Stub so you can send it or keep it freely. It is especially worth doing once a game is over.

Winning and claiming

Who decides which team won?

The ClubStubs team confirms the official final result and records it on-chain. There is no automated result. The result can be set only once and can't be changed afterwards. It's a public transaction, and the game page and activity feed show it.

How much does each winning Stub get?

Immediately when the winner is declared, the pool is locked. Each winning Stub claims the same amount: the pool divided by the total number of Stubs minted for the winning team for that game.

  • It doesn't matter what you paid: a Stub bought on the marketplace for 3 SOL claims the same as one minted for 0.1 SOL.
  • It doesn't matter how many Stubs you hold; each one contains its own individual claim.
  • Stubs that are never claimed still count in the division. Unclaimed shares are not shared out among the people who did claim.

Why does the app say "about" X SOL?

SOL amounts are rounded down because blockchain transactions have such long decimals, and the app rounds further for readability. Amounts are still precise on the blockchain itself, which anyone can validate.

How do I claim?

  1. Once the game is Final and the result is in, open the game page with the wallet that holds your winning Stubs.
  2. Click Claim for a single Stub, or Claim all to claim every winning Stub in your wallet.
    • Claim all sends up to 6 claims per transaction. Holding more than 6 means approving one transaction per batch of 6.
    • If something interrupts it partway, the app shows how many were claimed. Just run it again for the rest.

What does claiming cost?

The network fee is 0.000005 SOL per transaction, which can cover up to 6 Stubs. Each claim returns a refund of about 0.000005 SOL from the Stub's storage, so claiming is effectively free. There's no ClubStubs fee on winnings.

Does claiming burn or take my Stub?

No. The Stub stays in your wallet, and its on-chain "claimed" attribute changes from false to true. You keep it as a collectible and can still sell it, but it will show as Claimed to buyers.

Can a Stub be claimed twice?

No. Each Stub can claim exactly once, whoever holds it. Buying an already-Claimed Stub doesn't give you another payout.

I minted a winning Stub but sold it. Can I still claim?

No. Winnings follow the Stub. If you sold or sent it before claiming, the new holder claims. If you claimed first and then sold it, you keep what you claimed.

Do Stubs bought on the marketplace or received from a friend qualify?

Yes. Any winning Stub that hasn't been claimed yet qualifies, however you got it. The on-chain program pays whoever holds the Stub at claim time.

How long do I have to claim?

Until the claim deadline shown on the game page and in the claim panel. The rules on-chain guarantee:

  • at least 7 days from the moment the winner is declared
  • a claim deadline can be extended for everyone, but never moved earlier

What happens to winnings that are never claimed?

After the claim deadline, ClubStubs closes the game. Closing moves the game account's whole remaining balance to ClubStubs: unclaimed winnings, the dust from rounding, and the ClubStubs fees. After that, claims are no longer possible, so claim before the deadline.

Can I claim after the deadline if the game isn't closed yet?

Technically yes. Claims keep working until the game is actually closed, which can only happen after the deadline. But closing can happen at any time after the deadline, so don't risk it.

Unusual outcomes

What if the game ends in a tie or draw?

A result must name one of the two teams. The on-chain program has no "draw" outcome.

What if a game is postponed?

ClubStubs can extend the game's claim deadline so that nothing expires while you wait, and the game is settled when it's actually played. Extensions only ever move the deadline later. Depending on the stage, minting or trading may stay open during the delay. A banner on the game page explains what's happening.

What if a game is cancelled and never played?

The program has no automatic refund. A game with no result can't be closed until 30 days after its claim deadline, which gives time to sort things out.

Trust, transparency and safety

How can I verify what ClubStubs does?

Everything that touches money happens on the Solana blockchain:

  • every mint, listing, sale, claim, stage change and result is a public transaction
  • the prize pool sits in the game's own account

The ClubStubs program address is 7BckfGzhpGuqcF8cwdrwmCW3d6cuLhPCb7YSt9PYzDrB, and you can browse it on any Solana explorer. After each action, the app links to the transaction on Solana Explorer.

Where is the prize pool held? Can ClubStubs take it early?

The pool is held by that game's own on-chain account, not a team wallet. The program sets what can happen to it:

  • Before the claim deadline: it can only be paid out as claims to winning Stubs.
  • The 3% fees are tracked separately, and ClubStubs can withdraw them at any time.
  • The pool itself can be moved only by closing the game. That's possible only after the claim deadline, which is at least seven days after the game ends.

Can ClubStubs take or freeze my Stubs?

No. Stubs are in your own wallet, and the program has no way to move or freeze them unless you list one for sale. Even then, it can only transfer the Stub to a buyer who pays your price. The only thing it ever changes on a Stub is the "claimed" mark, when its winnings are paid.

Can the program be changed?

The program can be upgraded, as most Solana programs can. Upgrades are public on-chain events.

How do you stop bots and whales from minting everything?

Every mint needs a permit from ClubStubs, which enforces a per-wallet limit for each game, the mint schedule and rate limits, and can block abusive wallets. Each transaction mints at most 2 Stubs.

How do I avoid scams?

  • Use app.clubstubs.com, or www.clubstubs.com to get there.
  • ClubStubs will never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase and never ask you to send SOL to "unlock" winnings. Claims happen only through the Claim button in the app.
  • Read what your wallet asks you to approve. Sign-in is a message, not a transaction. Mint, list, buy and claim show the exact SOL amounts.

Troubleshooting

"The transaction expired before it confirmed. Try again."

Solana was busy, or the approval took too long. Nothing was charged. Try again; a wallet with priority fees enabled can help.

"Your mint window expired, try again."

Your mint permit lasts about 30 seconds and ran out before you approved. Click Mint again.

"Too many requests. Wait a minute and try again."

You requested permits too fast. Wait a minute.

"You have reached the mint limit for this game."

You've hit your wallet's mint limit for this game. You can still buy on the marketplace once trading opens.

"Not enough Stubs are left for this team."

The team sold out, or has fewer left than you asked for. Try 1, or check the marketplace once trading opens.

"This game has moved on to another stage. Refresh to see what you can do now."

The game changed stage while you had the page open, for example minting just closed. Refresh.

"The price changed. Refresh and try again." / "This listing is no longer available."

The listing changed or sold before your purchase landed. Nothing was charged. Refresh and pick again.

"This wallet is blocked from minting."

The wallet was blocked for breaking the rules, such as using bots or many wallets to get around limits. Contact support if you think it's a mistake.

My transaction confirmed but the page hasn't updated.

The app shows "Confirmed on-chain" with an "updating…" note while it catches up with the blockchain, which normally takes a few seconds. Refreshing helps. Your wallet and the explorer link are the source of truth.

I don't see my Stub's image in my wallet.

Stub images are stored on IPFS, and some wallets take a while to load it, or hide new collectibles until you mark them as not spam. Click My Stubs in the app to see what's in your wallet directly on ClubStubs.

"You cancelled the request in your wallet."

You rejected the approval. Nothing happened and nothing was charged.

Taxes, support and the fine print

Can transactions be reversed?

No. Blockchain transactions are final. Check the team, the quantity and the price before you approve.

Do I owe taxes?

ClubStubs doesn't give tax advice; talk to a professional where you live.

How do I get help?

For a transaction problem, include the transaction link from the app's "View transaction". Never send anyone your seed phrase.
